Arms: Per fess Argent and Azure in chief two ravens Proper jointly transfixed by an arrow fesswise point to sinister in base a fouled anchor Or.

Crest: Issuant from a coronet composed of Latin Crosses and spearheads alternately raised on points above a rim Azure encrusted with opals a lion’s head mouth closed Proper.
 
Motto: Omnia Pro Bono.

A torch enflamed and two arrows in saltire point upward Or all grasped within a raven’s claw erased to sinister Proper.

Becker Family Badge:  Emerging from a barrel Proper banded Azure a racoon holding in its dexter paw a bunch of concord grapes Proper.

Ancestors who bore these arms: Armiger’s Father: Brian Matthew McClurg, Milwaukee, WI. Grandfather: Timothy Michael McClurg, Sun Prairie, WI. Great Grandfather: Frederick Henry McClurg, (1924-1994) Erie, PA.

The ravens transfixed refer to a Scottish story in which a widow's sons by three different men performed archery to show prowess with weapons for Robert the Bruce while he was on the run from the English. The brother's names were Murdoch, McKie and McClurg. The brothers joined The Bruce's army until he became Robert I, King of Scotland.

McClurgs with Crests will be able to assume a new crest at 18 years of age at their discretion.
