The Bruce's army
until he became
Robert I, King
of Scotland.

representative of
the armiger's
grandfather’s
service in the US
Navy and promotion
to Chief Petty
Officer. The crest
was developed by
the armiger to
honor his parents
– The Crosses
represent Timothy
(Greek - Honoring
God) and Rhonda
(Welsh - Good
Spear). The Opals
are the birthstone
of Timothy,
Rhonda, and Brian.
The full meaning
of the crest is
Brian Issuing from
Timothy and
Rhonda.
Mr.
McClurg was born
in Tippacanoe
County, IN while
his father was
earning his
Doctoral Degree
from Purdue
University. He
has spent most
of his life in
Madison, WI .
Mr. McClurg has
earned his
bachelor's
degree from the
University of
Wisconsin, Eau
Claire.
