Arms: Quarterly of three divided Per pale Sable and Gules with a chief Or; That in dexter base Sable, a column Or, ensigned with a water-level, and enwrapped by a dolphin Argent; That in sinister base Gules, in bend sinister a sabre Argent surmounted by a bend Or edged Azure upon which is charged a cross patty between two crescents of the last; That in chief Or two saltires of ostrich plumes Azure.
On an escutcheon of pretence Azure, ensigned with an open crowned helm Argent mantled Azure doubled Argent, a cross patty in chief and a crescent in base Argent

Crest:  Information to follow.

Supporters: Two Samarians in dark coats without sleeves, hats and boots Or, the dexter standing and holding in his dexter hand a sword Or, entwined with a branch of oak leaves prop; and the sinister seated, holding in his sinister hand a sabre Sable.

Rendition of arms by Andrew S. JamiesonThe arms belong to the old mediatized Russian family of Marcov (Morkov) bearing the title of Imperial Counts (Erlaucht) with style of Serene Highness and Illustrious Highness.

The decorations of St. Joachim and St Anne (3rd, 2nd) and the Order (1st) were given during 2004 by General Vicar of The Patriarchate of Moscow and all Russias for Spain and Portugal.

.H.S.H. Count Marcov was knighted by H.R.H. Prince Ugo Bagrationi Mukhrani Batonnishvili, Marshal of the Order of The Eagle of Georgia and the seamless tunic of Our Lord Jesus Christ with the Grand Cross in January 2009
