Arms: Per bend Gules and Vert, a bend Or, charged with a blast-furnace Sable, masoned Argent, flammant from its hearth and chimney Proper, between two Jerusalem crosses Vert, in chief a fish embowed Or, and in base a scimitar erect Or.

Crest: Upon a Helm with a Wreath Vert, Or and Gules a wreath of oak and olive branches Vert, in an oval, fructed respectively with acorns and olives Or. Mantling dexter Gules, sinister Vert, doubled Or.

Motto: Veritas Et Fortitudo.

Rybin

In this coat of arms, the armiger wanted to symbolise two stages of his life: life in Eastern Europe, in the lands where steel is cast and manufactured, as represented by the blast furnace; and life in Israel, as represented by the Jerusalem Cross.

The union of East and West is also indicated by the wreath of oak and olive branches. The fish symbol refers to the surname Rybin which has Slavic roots, derived from the Russian word ryba, meaning fish. The fish embowed (curved) in chief is a direct visual pun for the family name.

The scimitar speaks of the armiger's military background. As do the colours of the shield, which evoke his time serving in the French Foreign Legion. The official branch colours of the French Foreign Legion are Green and Red.These iconic colors permeate almost every aspect of the Legion's heraldry and traditional uniforms.

The motto Veritas et Fortitudo is Latin for Truth and Courage.
