These
arms express the
shared ancestry,
virtues, and
historical values
of the cadet
branch descending
from Čedomir
Todorović and
Mitra Lukić. While
closely connected
to the principal
Arms of the House
of Todorović, this
variant introduces
specific elements
honouring the
cultural origins
and moral
character of this
lineage.
The first quarter,
featuring Saint
George slaying the
dragon, represents
divine protection,
bravery, and the
Christian ethos
long associated
with the Todorović
family. Saint
George is also
linked to the
family’s adopted
slava in the 19th
century,
symbolising
renewal and
enduring faith.
The
second
quarter,
bearing the
dove upon a
rocky mount,
signifies
peace,
humility, and
the resilience
of the
family’s
ancestors who
endured
hardship yet
preserved
harmony and
dignity. The
rocky base
echoes the
rugged
homeland of
many Serbian
families whose
lives were
shaped by the
mountains of
the Balkans.

The
third quarter, showing a
traditional Serbian
villager, honours the
historical identity of the
Todorović ancestors as
rooted, hardworking, and
connected to their land
and customs. It recalls
the virtues of modesty,
labour, and rural
nobility.
The fourth quarter, with
the arm and sword, conveys
readiness to defend
honour, family, and faith.
It is a symbol often
associated with medieval
Serbian houses and
reflects courage and
firmness of spirit.
Above the shield is a
helmet surmounted by a
wolf’s head erased, in
natural colour. The wolf’s
head crest represents
vigilance, intelligence,
and leadership. In Serbian
tradition, the wolf is a
noble animal connected
with guardianship and
ancestral strength.
The family motto “Бог и
Вера” (Bog i Vera – God
and Faith) is inscribed
beneath the escutcheon in
Cyrillic script. It was
imposed by the armiger
himself and serves as the
core spiritual and moral
legacy of the family.
Although distinct from the
main arms of the House of
Todorović, this
achievement maintains the
same motto, colours, and
spirit, ensuring unity
between branches while
affirming the identity of
the descendants of Čedomir
Todorović and Mitra Lukić.
The armiger is a member of the
Society of Serbian
Armigers and The
International
Association of Amateur
Heralds.
The arms have been
recognised by the Center
for Research into
Orthodox Monarchism.
