In
keeping with
the
German-Nordic
heraldic
tradition, all
those who are
blood
descendants of
Gasper Sarver
(Casper
Server), who
died in
February 1782
in Botetourt
County,
Virginia,
bearing the
surname
Sarver, and
are of high
moral
character, are
allowed to
bear these
arms as
representatives
of the family.
It is hoped
that the
representatives
maintain the
traditions of
the family
which include
the Reformed
faith, which
shall also
serve as a
guiding
principle in
future
decisions, the
Protestant
Work Ethic,
and the
protection of
the weak,
whilst
respecting the
freedom of
belief and
conscience of
the
individual. We
beseech God to
protect our
family in the
future as He
has done in
the past.
