The shield Azure, and the five-pointed star faceted Azure and Argent, represents the armiger’s education as an astrophysicist with the night sky and an OB spectral type variable star. The Snowy Owl displayed Argent represents the Horvath family in Hungary, an owl being a common crest for the family dating from 1360.
