The
Holy family
Coat-of-Arms was
assumed by Staff
Sergeant Steven
Scott Holy on
the fifth
anniversary of
his wedding to
his beloved wife
Michelle
Elizabeth Holy.
The armorial
achievement was
designed, by the
armiger, in
order that the
Holy family name
might live on
through its
inheritance by
future
generations.
The
Vert (green)
Field represents
hope, stability,
endurance,
loyalty in love
and growth of
the family. The
Argent (White)
bend raguly
represents
success cutting
through the
difficult times
at hand. The two
Argent
Horseshoes are
open upwards and
nailed seven
times for good
luck and fortune
representing the
Holy family,
Roxanne
Elizabeth and
Konrad Steven
Holy.
Upon
the Helm stands
a Fox which
implies one who
is ready for war
and will use all
that they may
possess of
wisdom and wit
in their own
defence. This is
true to the
armiger’s
profession as a
Cavalry Scout in
the United
States Army;
ready to defend
and protect.
Finally, and
most
importantly, is
the Holy Family
Motto; Familia
Primum, which,
when translated
from Latin can
be paraphrased
as Family First.
