arms pay tribute to the
Antos Family of Werynia
(Virina) and Niwiska
(Niwa).
The lions were chosen to
represent two
grandfathers devoted to
people and people's
rights, life freedom and
culture through
education and
agriculture and the
cross denotes military
service throughout the
family line. The
mountain was chosen to
represent stability and
comfort, loyalty and
greatness.
The arms are used by
Andrzej Jan Antos,
Zygmunt Antos, Michal
Antos, Szymon Antos,
Piotr Antos, Jakub Jozef
Antos and their sons,
daughters, and wives who
choose to retain the
family name of Antos.
