                                                Shinde

The armiger was born in Mumbai, India on February 7, 1970 and was educated at Fr. Agnels High School and St. Xavier’s Technical Institute. After completing his high school education he went on to study Marine Electronics & Communication Engineering at South Tyneside Technical Institute at South Shields near Newcastle in the UK graduating with honours in 1992.

In late 1994 he volunteered to join the United Nations Protection Force at its Headquarters in Zagreb, Croatia and went on to serve as a Communication Officer at various UNPROFOR missions throughout Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina until late 1995. More recently he has served as a Radio Electronics Officer in the Maritime Industry with various international shipping companies onboard their vessels sailing worldwide.

In late 1999 the armiger decided to quit sailing and focus on the IT profession which he continued to follow until late 2001 when he was offered a project called “Gobierno Electronica” by Bancomer which is the largest bank in Mexico. The amplitude of this project and the lack of advanced technology solution providers to take up the several potential projects that were springing up all over the country inspired the armiger to migrate to Mexico and launch his own software company in Mexico City called “Real Software S.A. de C.V.”

He has spoken professionally on several occasions including the topic: “La Industria del Desarrollo de Software en la India”  at the Universidad Tecnológica de la Mixteca in Oaxaca, Mexico at the Reunion Nacional de Electronica y Computacion in January 2002. He has achieved several professional certifications in Java/J2EE technology and continues to involve himself with IT Technology as the Chief Software Architect of his company Real Software. He is a Founding member of the Worldwide Institute of Software Architects and his name has been listed in the International Who’s Who of Professionals (2005 - 2006).

He is also a heraldic researcher, artist and a member of the International Association of Amateur Heralds, Association for the Advancement of Heraldry, the International High IQ Society and the Poetic Genius Society.

He is married and father to a son.
