Ducal/Crest Coronets
represent the Manorial
Lordship held by the
armiger: the white rod
represents the Manorial
Rod of the Courts Leet
and Baron.
The two crossed
soldering Irons
represent the armiger’s
ancient craft as a
“plumbum” the Latin term
for working with Lead.
Green represents the
colour of Land which is
the basis for all
Manorial Lordships, and
the blue represents
water as the Manor is
close to the sea.
Born in Northampton in
1961, the Armiger is
Lord of the Manor of
Waxham in the county of
Norfolk and holds
another Lordship in
Buckinghamshire from
where his family
originates. He
previously served in the
British Army in the
cavalry regiment 5th
Royal Inniskilling
Dragoon Guards where the
Regiment was part of the
British Army of the
Rhine in the then West
Germany before
reunification.
He is Patron of the
Dorset children’s
Foundation and a
volunteer Director at
Helping Homeless
Veterans UK. The Armiger
is also an Ambassador
for Julia’s House
Children’s hospice and
Forest Holme hospice in
Poole Dorset UK and the
Dorset cancer Care
Foundation and also a
volunteer support worker
at the Royal Bournemouth
Hospital where he has
been involved in the
rollout of the Covid
vaccine locally. He is
also a Trustee at the
Charles Rolls Heritage
Trust and a Governor of
a Special Educational
Needs establishment
supporting young adults.
The armiger is a Member
of the White Lion
Society [ a society of
friends of the College
of Arms].
